SOC 2 is specifically relevant for technology and cloud computing companies that store customer data in the cloud. DataOps.live has SOC (System and Organization Controls) 2 Type II compliance.
SOC 2 Type II
The SOC 2 Type II report is an independent auditor’s attestation of design, implementation, and operational effectiveness of the Security, Confidentiality, Availability, and Privacy controls that DataOps.live has had in place during the report’s coverage period. The control criteria for a SOC 2 Type II certification are based on the AICPA Trust Service Principles. Unlike SOC 2 Type I, which assesses the design of these controls at a single point in time, SOC 2 Type II provides a comprehensive assessment of how well these controls are functioning in practice.
